Jared Anthony Talbert

Jared A. Talbert, 25, of Breezewood, PA, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023.

 

He was born in Chambersburg, PA, on April 4, 1998, a son of Adam Talbert and Julie Talbert who survive.

  

In addition to his parents, Jared is survived by a sister, Ayrian Hinish and husband Chris; two brothers, Cody Romsburg and Thaddeus Mitchell; special friend of five years, Elizabeth Bush; stepmother, Sharla Talbert; stepfather, Chad Romsburg; grandparents, Richard Talbert and significant other Dorene Beckley, Glenda Truax, Patricia Guise, and Jerry and Joy Potts; four nieces, Ava, Kaylee, Hope, and Sofia Hinish.

 

He was preceded in passing by two grandfathers, Robert Shoemaker and Rick Romsburg; grandmother, Catherine Talbert; and uncle, Sherman Truax.

 

Jared was a graduate of Everett Area High School Class of 2016. After high school, he studied diesel mechanics at the University of Northwestern Ohio where he earned his Diesel Technician Certificate.

 

He decided he no longer wanted “bust his knuckles” anymore working on trucks and would rather drive them instead. He was very passionate about driving truck and loved every minute of it.

 

Jared enjoyed being outdoors. He loved farming, fishing, bow fishing, hunting, and being at the beach. He also loved his family and enjoyed being with his friends and having people around him. Being around Jared made everyone smile and laugh.

 

A visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 4:00pm on Saturday, December 23, 2023 in the Chapel at Donelson Funeral Home with refreshments at the Breezewood VFW following visitation.
