Betty Lou Stewart

Betty L. Stewart, 78, of Warfordsburg, a life long resident of Butler, passed away at home on Saturday, March 3rd, 2012 with her family at her side. She was born December 21st, 1933 in Butler, a daughter of the late Ralph Stewart and Frances (Deal) Stewart. She is survived by her niece Mary Harding and husband Rev. Gene Harding, of Warfordsburg, with whom she resided for the past 7 years, and many more loving nieces, nephews cousins and friends. She was preceded in passing away by two sisters, Freda (Stewart) Riggs and Bertha Stewart, and 2 brothers, Clarence Stewart and Albert Stewart. A memorial service will be held later this month at Whips Cove Church, with burial to be held this Sunday, March 11, 2012 in Butler Pennsylvania. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Betty to Mary Harding, 4958 Moss Road, Warfordsburg, PA 17267, and Mary and her family would like to express their gratitude to the Whips Cove Church for all their support and donations.
