Cecilia B. Frede, 73, of Everett, was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 20th, 2019 after a brief illness.
She was born Thursday October 18th, 1945 in the Republic of the Philippines, a daughter of the late Angelina Ciroy.
On March 27th, 1999 in Everett, she married Henry W. Frede who survives along with her daughter,
Michelle West and husband Jason West of Arlington, Virginia,
Stepchildren,
Scott Frede and wife Erin of Wappinger Falls, NY,
Kim Frede of Greenfield, Massachusetts,
4 grandchildren, Elizabeth West, Emily West, Elijah West and Samantha Frede,
3 sisters, 3 brothers, and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and their families.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in passing away by a son Donald Banzuelo and two brothers.
Born and raised in the Philippine Islands, Cecilia first worked as a personal cook for a military General under the command of President Ferdinand and First Lady Imelda Marcos. After her marriage to Henry, she was a homemaker who also worked as a cook at McDonalds, Wendy's and the Gateway Restaurants in Breezewood until retiring.
At home she enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening, cooking for her family, reading her Bible and playing her games on Facebook. A loving and active woman, Cecilia will be remembered for her caring and companionate ways.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 24th, 2019 at 6:00 pm in the Chapel at Dalla Valle Funeral Service, 22 West Main Street, Everett, with Rev. Curtis Bryant officiating.
