Debbie A. Webb, 65, of Clearville, most recently of Surf Side Beach, South Carolina, was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 8th, 2015. She was born Monday, June 5th, 1950 in Washington, D.C., a daughter of Bettie (McWilliams) Goode Jessup of Myrtle Beach and the late Calvin E. Goode. She was first married to William E. Webb and is survived by her friend and companion for many years, John D. Davis of Clearville, their daughter Lisa Webb of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina a sister Dorothy (Goode) Lasick and husband Joe Lasick of Laurel, Maryland two nieces Heather Tatham of Laurel, Maryland Kimberly Tatham of Brookville, Maryland one grandniece, three grandnephews and many loving friends and their families. In addition to her birth father Calvin, Deborah was preceded in passing away by a son William T. "Billy" Webb, a daughter Sherry Davis, and her stepfather Thomas G. Jessup. Debbie was a faithful member of the Pleasant Union Church in Clearville. She attended High Point High School in Beltsville, Maryland, later working as a dietician at The Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC and retired from Grand Strand Healthcare in Socastee, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina where she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Debbie dedicated her life to spending time with her family, friends and the people she cared for, having never met a stranger. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, taking a trip to a bingo games at the drop of a hat, and truly enjoyed spending a day at the beach crabbing. She will be remembered for her heart of gold and willingness to help others, quick wit and contagious sense of humor. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 10th, 2015 at 3:00 pm at the Pleasant Union Church with Rev. Lyle Mellott officiating. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 1:30 pm until the hour of service and share memories online at www.dallavalle-everett.com. Burial will be held at Pleasant Union Cemetery. .
