Debra Diann (Donivan) Hill, 65, of Ravenel, South Carolina, passed away on Saturday, April 21st, 2018. She was born Thursday, May 29th, 1952 in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, a daughter of Dorothy "Dot" (Crawford) Donivan of Fayetteville and the late Delmer Dwight Donivan. She was married to Robert Hill, who passed away August 6th, 2010 and is survived by their daughter, Christina (Hill) Rand of Ravenel, South Carolina, Two sisters, Delmalee Webb and husband Charles Webb of Corpus Christi, Texas Darlene "Peaches" Grance and husband Jerry Grance of Crystal Spring, A brother Delmer D. Donivan, II, and wife Melody, of Breezewood, Three grandchildren, Morgan Ray, Sidney Scheurr and Jameson Scheurr, and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and their families. In addition to her husband and father, she was preceded in passing away by a daughter Rebecca Anne (Hill) Farmer. Debra was a graduate of Oxon Hill High School, Prince Georges County, Maryland, Class of 1970. A talented artist who worked in charcoal and pencil drawings, Debra also enjoyed the outdoors, raising, riding and caring for her horses throughout her lifetime, most notably her Appaloosa's, and was also a lover of all animals. Deb and her family moved to South Carolina in 1989 to grow there carpet business, where she kept her heart and home open to the ones she loved, having never met a stranger, and will be remembered as a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 29th, 2018 at 4:00 pm in the Chapel at Dalla Valle Funeral Service, Main Street, Everett with Rev. Delmas Bard officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 pm until the hour of service and share memories online at dallavalle-everett.com. Private burial will be held at Everett Cemetery.
