Jane L. (Weicht) Redinger

Jane L. Redinger, 84, of The Village at Morrison's Cove and Everett, was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 31st, 2012. She was born Saturday, September 15th, 1928 at her family home in Everett, a daughter of the late Arthur A. Weicht and Mary A. (Bishop) Weicht. She was married to Robert F. Redinger who passed away on December 8th, 2005. She is survived by a grandson, Jamie Gardener step children, Robert E. Redinger and wife Cristy, of Palestine, TX John A. Redinger and wife Christeen, of Newport News, VA Carol A. Willis and husband Samuel, of Shippensburg Kathy Stahl, and husband Gregg, of Wasilla, Alaska a special niece Cheryl D. Dicken, of Everett her friend and caregiver, Velma L. Mallow, of Everett and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and their families. She was preceded in passing away by a son, Barry L. Gardener, an infant brother, and these brothers and sisters, Vivian Spence, Freida Tewell, Richard Weicht, Sara Sponsler, Charles "Bud" Weicht, Thomas Weicht, Phyllis Beegle, Rayfield "Lefty" Weicht and Jack Weicht. Mrs. Redinger was a member of the First Christian Church in Everett. Earlier in her lifetime she was employed as an assembler of crystal radio receivers that were popular in the early days of radio, and was a homemaker who truly enjoyed caring for her home and family. She enjoyed working cross word puzzles, reading the daily newspaper to keep up with local events, and will be greatly missed for her considerate and caring ways. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 6th, 2012 at 1;00 pm in the Chapel at Dalla Valle Funeral Service, Main Street, Everett, with Rev. Frank Ramirez officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00 am until the hour of service and share memories online at www.dallavalle-everett.com. Burial will be held at Everett Cemetery.
