Jean Truax, 82, of Breezewood, was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 19th, 2020 from home with her family at her side.
She was born on Friday, August 27th, 1937 at her family home in East Providence Township, a daughter of the late Mason R. Ramsey and Hilda M. (Hinish) Ramsey.
On January 15th, 1953 in Winchester, Virginia she married William Lee Truax who passed away on May 13th, 1984.
She is survived by their two daughters,

Two sister-in-law, Nancy (Sheeder) Ramsey of Breezewood, and Vera (Calhoun) Ramsey of Crystal Spring,
A brother-in-law Paul Greenawalt,
and two special little girls, Gracie Sweeney and Zaelyn Sweeney, who visited her often.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in passing away by a great-granddaughter Shayla Jean Clark, an infant sister Sarah, two infant brothers, Marvin and Ronald Ramsey, one sister-in-law, Linda Ramsey, three sisters, Vickie Ramsey, Norma Feight and her husband Robert Feight, and Lorraine Greenawalt, two brothers, Virgil Ramsey and Rodney Ramsey, and two nephews, Ryan Snyder and Shane Ramsey.
Jean was a member of the Mountain Chapel Brethren In Christ Church who enjoyed bible study at home, cooking and baking, spending time with her family, and could not miss an episode of Family Feud. She will be remembered for her loving ways, her willingness to lend a hand, and always leaving you with a smile and a prayer.
