Karyl Milene Wilt

Karyl Milene Wilt, 72, a long time resident of Donahoe Manor, previously of Everett, was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 23rd, 2017. She was born, Monday, April 17th, 1944 in Altoona, daughter of the late Norman E. Wilt, Jr. and Mary E. (Leonard) Wilt. She is survived by her sister Jeannee (Wilt) Mallow of Everett, 2 brothers, Norman E. Wilt, III of Ephrata and Kevin B. Wilt and wife Pam (Risbon) Wilt of Bedford, Six nieces, Jolene Mallow and husband Scott Dalla Valle of Everett, Josalynn Whysong and husband Dave Whysong of Schellsburg Brandy Wilt of Highspire, Samantha Wilt of Reading, Danielle Wilt of Alexandria, Virginia and Jordan Wilt of Bedford, Two nephews, Ian Wilt of Lititz and Jonathan Wilt of Bedford, A great-niece Adrianna Whysong of Schellsburg, a great nephew Isaac Whysong of Shellsburg and many loving aunts, uncles, cousin's friends and their families. Karyl was a lifelong member of the Everett Church of the Brethren and enjoyed attending church services with her friends at Donahoe Manor, always singing and participating in the congregational hymns. She had a true love for kittens and cats, having a beautiful collection of plush toys, portraits and photographs, and even a kitten and cat jigsaw puzzle. For Karyl, the staff at Donahoe Manor was her second family with whom she could share her sense of humor and endearing ways. She will be remembered for her independent spirit and just wanting all of her family and friends to enjoy life and have a good time. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 26th, 2017 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel at Dalla Valle Funeral Service, Main Street, Everett with Pastor Eric Henderson officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 am until the hour of service and share and share memories online at www.dallavalle-everett.com.
