Margaret A. "Suzie" Dishong, 48, of Clearville was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 7th, 2013. She was born March 2nd, 1965 in Allegany County, Maryland, a daughter of Sylvia M. (Moore) Shipe of Clearville and the late William R. "Tom" Shipe. On April 28th, 1994 in Cumberland, she married Clyde A. Dishong who survives along with their children, John James Shipe and wife Tracey, of Cumberland Connie Thompson, of Everett Virginia Foor and husband William, of Everett Sherry Dishong, of Everett Clyde Dishong, Jr., of Everett Vicki Kruse, of Pittsburgh Jennifer Hill, and husband Marion, of Everett a brother Harold Shipe, of Everett 24 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in passing away by a brother Edgar Shipe. Suzie was a homemaker who enjoyed working with needlecrafts on plastic canvas and crocheting, loved caring for animals, especially the deer and horses on their farm, and playing games on the computer with her children. Also known as "Aunt Suzie" to the fans and competitors in the Bedford County Fair Demolition Derby, she's won "Fans Choice" three years in a row. A loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and sister, she will be greatly missed for the time she spent with her family and her caring ways. Funeral services will be held Monday, August 12th, 2013 at 6:00 pm in the Chapel at Dalla Valle Funeral Service, Main Street, Everett, with Reverend Curtis Bryant officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday 2:00 pm until the hour of service and share memories online at www.dallavalle-everett.com. Memorial contributions in memory of Suzie may be made to the funeral home.
