Robert "Bob" F. Perrin

Robert "Bob" Perrin, 79, of Clearville, formerly of Plank Road, Everett, was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 29th, 2016. He was born Friday, September 24th, 1937 at D.R. Sipes Hospital in Everett, a son of the late Floyd R. Perrin and Ada Irene (Swartzwelder) Perrin. On June 9, 1968 he married Ida M. (Sparks) Perrin who survives along with their son, Robert Eugene Perrin of Clearville, Two sisters, Eleanor Stover of York and Joanne Blackburn of Frederick, Maryland, Two brothers, Richard Perrin and wife Kathy of Ozawkie, Kansas and Terry Perrin and wife Norma of Bedford, A brother-in-law John O. Sparks of Clearville and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and their families. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in passing away by two sisters Kathleen Rich and Patricia Morgret, two brothers Russell Perrin and Floyd Perrin, and two sisters-in-law Mary Emma Gochnour and Donna Lee Beegle. Mr. Perrin was a member of the Everett Seventh-day Adventist Church for over 45 years where he served as a deacon and was a member of the staff for the Pathfinder Club. Having attended Everett Southern Joint High School and barber school in Johnstown, Bobby first worked as a barber at Swope's Barber Shop and then owned and operated his own shop at Everett's west end until retiring. An avid Pittsburgh Steelers football fan, he enjoyed working on cars, playing baseball in his younger years and will be remembered for his sociable, kind and friendly ways. Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 4th, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel at Dalla Valle Funeral Service, Main Street, Everett, with Pastor Robert Snyder officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, on Sunday from 1:00 pm until the hour of service and share memories online at www.dallavalle-everett.com. Burial will be held at Bethel Brethren Cemetery, Tatesville.
