Trudy L. Clark, 71, of Everett, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2012. She was born September 21, 1940 in Everett, a daughter of Ruth (Riley) Vauhn of Everett and the late Harry Vaughn. She was married to Thomas E. Clark, Sr., who passed away on March 8, 2010. She is survived by their daughters, Melissa L. Fisher and husband Zane Fisher, of Cumberland Valler Diana L. Young, of Dutch Corner a son Thomas E. Clark, Jr., of Everett 3 granddaughters, Cassie, Mikahla, and Deidre 2 grandson, Deric and Corwin 2 great granddaughter, Lorelei and Molly a great grandson Thomas a brother Harry Vaughn and wife Jane, of Everett and a sister Gloria Weaver of Everett. Trudy was a graduate of the Robert P. Smith School and after graduation was employed with Lion Manufacturing in Everett. She was a member of the Bedford County Arts Society, and throughout her lifetime was an artist who enjoyed working with acrylic paint, having won Best In Show at the Bedford County Fair. Scenes of landscapes, horses in the wild, or anything a friend requested were her specialties, and a simple ride in the car through the country would inspire her to create something new and beautiful on canvas. She also enjoyed reading, writing notes of her thoughts on the pages as she read, and was also a poet of reflective thought. For her loving and caring ways, and the beauty she shared with so many, Trudy will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 6, 2012 at 7:00 pm in the Chapel at Dalla Valle Funeral Service, 22 West Main Street, Everett, with Pastor John W. Wiley officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00 until the hour of service and share memories online at www.dallavalle-everett.com. Burial will be held Frame Cemetery.
