Wayne F. Lantz

Wayne F. Lantz, 54, of Bedford passed away on Monday, December 31, 2012. He was born August 16th, 1958 in Roaring Springs, a son of late Charles F. Lantz, Jr. and Berniece (Acker) Lantz. He is survived by his former wife Sharon Hollar of Bedford and their children, Wayne C. Lantz and wife Sabrina, of Bedford Charles A. Lantz and girlfriend Kristy, of Bedford Jessica E. Gomez Campos and husband Rene, of Fishertown 8 grandchildren, 6 sisters, Cathy Bartholomew, of Everett Carol Hungerford and husband Remos, of Maryland Crystal Emerick and husband Edward, of Bedford Charlotte Steele and husband Brian, of Bedford Corliss Doyle and husband Jerry, of Everett Lisa Smith and husband Terry, of Everett 3 brothers, Thomas Lantz and wife Barbara of Everett Lance Lantz and wife Jill of Central City Randy Lantz and wife Sandra of Bedford 16 nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing away by a brother in law Roger A. Bartholomew. Wayne was a member of the Everett American Legion Post #8, the Improved Order of the Redman Wambic Tribe #507, and the Fort Bedford VFW Post#7527. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and running ATV's with his children and friends, and will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 5th, 2013 at 11:00 am in the Chapel at Dalla Valle Funeral Service, Main Street, Everett with Pastor Robert Stultz officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, on Saturday from 10:00 am until the hour of service and share memories online at www.dallavalle-everett.com. Burial will be held at Sweet Root Cemetery. Along with flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Wayne to the funeral home to help his family with funeral expenses.
