William Howard Foreman

William H. “Bill” Foreman, 89, of Everett, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

Born on February 22, 1937, in Six Mile Run, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Russell H. Foreman and Sarah J. (Childers) Foreman.

Bill is survived by his daughters, Lisa Davis and Rebecca Manspeaker; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and their families.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judy (Edwards) Foreman; his daughter, Michelle Smith; his brother, James C. Foreman; and his sister, Connie Singer.

Following his graduation from high school, Bill proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War from January 1960 until August 1963. After his military service, he was employed by Standard Register for 30 years. He later worked for MH/MR and concluded his career with CART Senior Transportation before retiring.
 

Bill was also dedicated to serving his community, volunteering with the Raystown Ambulance Service for many years.

A private memorial service and burial will be held by the family.
